We welcome all women of the church to join us in living our Christian faith.

Women of the church have been a mainstay of church life since our church was founded–or nearly as long as the church is old. The focus may have shifted from that of its original founding but we still maintain the same high level of enthusiasm.

Our purpose is:
to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ,
to demonstrate His love in all areas of life,
to declare our oneness with fellow Christians everywhere,
to grow in Christian faith and responsibility

We work toward accomplishing our purpose through many varied activities each year. A sampling of these  include review of books relevant to women of faith, support of the Teresa House hospice high tea event, mother/daughter dinner, summer retreat at Sweet Briar/ Radiance Spa, bluebells spring walk, salad supper, fall retreat, rummage sale, and holiday bake sale. We share these moments of both joy and sorrow together as friends and supportive sisters in Christ to have a positive impact in our world.

Money raised from our activities enable us to financially support many worthy causes locally, regionally, nationally and internationally and we continually strive to make a difference in the lives of all people.
